Denise Banks
Founder & President, Women Building Wealth Globally
Denise Banks is an Amazon bestselling author of Gladiator in a Skirt, nationally recognized speaker, executive coach, and entrepreneur dedicated to helping women overcome fear, unlock their potential, and lead with confidence.
As Board Chair of Empowering Her Tomorrow, Inc., Denise is passionate about developing young women into tomorrow's leaders. She is also a former board member of the North Texas Minority Chamber of Commerce and recipient of the National Council of Negro Women Economic Empowerment Award.
A Certified Empowerment and Peak Performance Coach and Certified Fire Walk Instructor, Denise uses transformational experiences to help women eliminate limiting beliefs and achieve breakthrough results. She has also been featured on Meet the Manns, coaching participants through a life-changing firewalk. Denise is the founder of the Gladiator in a Skirt Empowerment Network, where women connect through leadership workshops, networking events, business development, and personal growth experiences.
As CEO of Banks Professional Development & Coaching, Denise has trained leadership teams for Inc. 500 companies across five states. She is also Co-Founder of The Boardroom EDGE, connecting entrepreneurs with investors through Shark Tank-style pitch events. Her signature presentations include Gladiator in a Skirt, Networking Like a Pro, Growth Mindset, Ignite Your Passion, and Faith, Love & Business.

Must have an active membership for one year
Must be voted in after interview with the board
Must have a positive attitude
Must attend semi-annual planning retreat
